    EFFECTIVE EXERCISES TO GET THOSE ABS
    Sport changes our body in unbelievable ways! There are so many positive effects on our organism; it slows down the ageing process, improves stamina, increases metabolism, gives you better sleep, your brain starts working faster! Watch this video and get motivated to start doing workout if you haven't already!
    But today we're targeting stomach area.
    One of the most common obstacles in getting a flat stomach is belly bloat. Here's the hack on how to get rid of it. Put your middle finger on your belly button. Then put your palm on the belly right over the index finger, that's the pressure point we need. You should massage it clockwise. Then massage counterclockwise for 2 - 3 minutes. This exercise eliminates gas, deflates the stomach perfectly.
    And if you put one finger above your belly button, and massage clockwise then again massage counerclockwise. That exercise eliminates water retention and relievers stomach aches.
    Put your middle finger on your belly button. Then put your palm on the belly right under the index finger, that's the pressure point we need this time. Massage in the usual manner - clockwise and counterclockwise for 2 - 3 minutes. This exercise eliminates gas faster and increases intestinal activity.
    If you wanna cinch your waist, here's a consequence of exercises you should try to do:
    pelvic scoop
    reverse crunches
    Russian twist
    dead bug
    seated knee tucks
    back extentions
    plank hip dips
    Also in this video I wanna share with you one of my favorite lazy exercises for a flat belly. It's called 'vacuum' exercise! Here's how you do it: lay down on your back, breath out, draw in your stomach for 20-30 seconds. Repeat this simple routine 5 times every day and you'll see noticeable results after first two weeks! ; )

I mean those workout are great if you don't want to spend money going to the gym, but 8 mins exercise is kinda not enough. At least 30 mins per day and 15 mins stretching, only 45 mins of your day ain't really nothing. If you can sit there watching a one and half hour movie or your favourite Tv series. You have much more time to do some workout, it for your own good.
